Blu Pearl Laguna uses a pure diet of fruits, vegetables and alkaline water coupled with hiking in the wilderness, yoga and meditation to accomplish amazing results.
HIKING: there are daily mountain hikes and beach walks. Each day will build on the next as you develop strength.
YOGA: two yoga classes each day –– morning is wake-up Geo’s Power Yoga, evening is a relaxing, meditative yoga.
WORKOUT: we have certified fitness instructors for gym workouts, and pool exercises to tone and strengthen your entire body.
DIET: our cuisine is pure, organic, cleansing –– and delicious. It’s a vegetarian diet with limited calories. No alcohol, caffeine or refined sugars are used. Guests lose unwanted pounds, strengthen and cleanse their bodies.
MASSAGE: daily massage and meditation round out each day, providing a wonderfully relaxing and balancing reward. (5 massages per week)
MEDITATION: breathing practices along with chakra healing sessions are included throughout the week.
